My career has included serving at multiple agencies, both large and small. During these years as a Realtor I have succeeded as a sales producer, expanded my knowledge in relocation, new construction, and commercial properties. My sales experience has included single family residences, multi-family (rental units), leasing, commercial, lots and acreage properties. In 1994 I began teaching real estate at Illinois Central College (a position I still hold). I also assumed management positions as the managing broker in several organizations. My educational achievements include attaining a brokers license, a now expired appraiser's license, and the GRI and CRS designations. In May of 2009 I was approved to serve on a real estate Board of Review by the Illinois Department of Revenue. This was due to my further interest in the appraising process involved in all types of properties. In 1997 I formed Newcastle Realty, Inc. The goal was to serve on a more personalized basis with seasoned well educated agents. Our first location was in the town of Dunlap. Our client base expanded quickly into Woodford and Tazewell counties causing us to choose a new office site at Junction City in Peoria. In early 2006 we again moved in order to expand our office space and are now located at Northpoint Shopping Center. Today the company is looking at expansion opportunities in nearby communities as well as broadening our exposure commercial and new construction projects.
